Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline to avoid a late fee. Late registrants may be placed on a waiting list.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. You will also see the confirmation page when you have submitted the form.
Please print and sign the confirmation page, giving your child permission to participate. Send the form, along with a check made out to "Crusader Club", to the school. Enrollment is not complete until we have your payment and signature.
